A Case of Saccular Intrahepatic Portal Vein Aneurysm mimicking Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Im Han-Hyeok

Abstract
Portal vein aneurysm is rare vascular anomaly, represents only 3% of all aneurysm of the venous system. Definition of portal vein aneurysm is difficult and ambigious, but is considered to be present if the vessel diameter is significantly larger at that point than in the remainer of the vessel, especially if the morphology is saccular or fusiform. We report a case of saccular portal vein aneurysm mimicking hepatocelluar carcinoma on contrast enhanced computerized tomography, color doppler ultrasound, indirect portography and computerized tomography during arterioportography.
